We use only the finest range of Australian meat products from Top Cut Food Industries. OUR FLAVOURS Our skilled Grill Chefs cook your menu selections to order on customer built char grills whilst our own range of chef-made bastes, marinades, sauces and dressings are used to compliment your meal. OUR HISTORY The first Squires Loft Steakhouse opened in 1992 in Church Street Brighton. We relocated in 1995 to establish the Squires Loft South Yarra Steakhouse at 166 Toorak Road South Yarra.
