Since 1993, Squires Loft Steakhouses have been combining the finest range of Australian meat and wine products with our own unique flavours and quality service to provide a memorable dining experience.

Steaks:
 
All of our steaks are yielded from Prime Australian pasture-fed beef. Aged for a minimum of 28 days at strictly controlled temperatures to increase tenderness and enhance flavour, each steak is then cut to our exacting specifications.
 
Ribs:
 
Pork Spare Ribs are a signature product of Squires Loft. Specially selected and trimmed baby back pork spare ribs are slow cooked then marinated in our own baste for a minimum of 3 days to maximize tenderness and enhance flavour.
 
Flavours:
 
Our skilled Grill Chefs cook your menu selections to order on custom-built char-grills, whilst our own range of chef-made sauces, bastes, marinades and dressings compliment your meal.
 
Wines:
 
With a focus on High -quality red wines, our predominantly Australian wine lists offer a huge selection by the glass and bottle, including reserve and museum releases to please the most discerning palate.

  • 2008: Squires Loft Docklands opens in Bourke St, Docklands, Melbourne
